What is BrewMaster’s Elite?

BrewMaster’s Elite is a specialist UK retailer of premium coffee machines, specialty beans, and curated accessories. We focus on craftsmanship, performance, and luxury — helping coffee lovers elevate their daily ritual at home.

Are you an approved De’Longhi stockist?

Yes. We are an authorised UK De’Longhi retailer, meaning all machines are genuine, brand-new, and fully covered by manufacturer warranties and support.

Do you work with specialty roasters?

Absolutely. We partner with respected UK roasters such as Clifton Coffee Roasters and Extract Coffee Roasters, offering fresh, ethically sourced beans selected for flavour, consistency and craft.

 

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and secure online payment providers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. For selected products, you can pay using Klarna's flexible payment options. Eligibility is determined at checkout.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product. Coffee beans typically dispatch quickly, while machines may require 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Select items may qualify. If available, this option will appear during checkout.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on product size and delivery location. Many accessories and beans ship at low or flat-rate fees. See our Shipping age

 

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days, subject to our returns policy. Coffee beans are non-returnable due to food safety regulations.

Are coffee machines covered by warranty?

Yes. All machines sold by BrewMaster’s Elite are covered by De’Longhi’s official UK warranty. Warranty length varies by model.

What should I do if my machine arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Do you sell refurbished or used machines?

No. We only sell brand-new, authorised products to guarantee quality and full warranty protection.

Most of our roasters provide detailed tasting notes and brew recommendations. Many blends perform exceptionally well across espresso, bean-to-cup, and filter methods.
